2. Products & Orders

All our lamp shades are handmade and made to order, which means slight variations may occur in fabric, color, or finish.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities per customer
  • Update product details or pricing without notice

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details (size, shape, fitting) are correct before placing an order.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made in full at checkout using our secure payment methods.

We are not responsible for any additional charges such as customs duties or taxes for international orders.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Items over 35cm in diameter are not eligible for return
  • Orders with multiple shades are non-returnable
  • Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Product Use

Our products must be used safely and according to standard lighting guidelines.

We recommend:

  • Using LED bulbs (max 10W)
  • Checking compatibility with your lamp fitting

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use or installation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Luminahub and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Delays in delivery beyond our control
  • Loss caused by misuse of our products
